Might be due to doing two heavy compound lifts before and body has burnt out a bit. I always do what lift I want to do best at first in my session. Trying to adopt a new way of training and doing 2x compounds each session no more/or less as before when I had days doing similar to your session I wouldn’t be putting up the numbers I wanted!
Yeah kinda didn’t have a choice with having a weekend away. Not ideal but not fussed with just building strength at the moment. Squats were strong.
