is a good one. There is no point keeping thrashing yourself at races if you have no motivation - leads to staleness, possibly injury and will just produce crap results.
Go away, relax and come back at EOC fresh and hungry for racing.
Thanks Jon! That's exactly what I was trying to avoid. I've done it before and it's not fun, and inevitably leads to me falling out of love with the sport. The right choice I feel and it's certainly made me more fresh and hungry.
