dont be afraid to have a rest day (or even a bike ride) ..

Thanks Kay! I'm not that tired from training/running, more from work. Starting full time has been a bit harder than I anticipated....a lot less flexibility than a PhD ;)

But otherwise doing some riding is probably still a very good idea!
