Yes, a very good decision. How are you feeling today?

I went to the doctor this morning and she thinks I might have a slow brain leak. I just had a CT scan, so we'll see what it shows. Hopefully nothing but healthy brain. I can't afford to lose any brain matter!

I've been "brain resting" all day. It's quite boring.

Okay, I had to google that one. I sure hope it heals quickly on its own, but am glad you are getting the right tests. Hang in there.

Oh my. Really hope things are okay.

Scan results are back and my brain is not leaking out. Phew! I just have a concussion, so need to try to rest my brain as much as possible. Unfortunately, this is Board meeting week at NPR, so I'm a little busy, but I'll try to take it as easy as possible.

Re NPR Board - like the counter beg-a-thon approach in an Alec Baldwin spot I heard last week.

Yay! “Just” concussed is a good thing. Rest well.

Remind me I have a funny NPR/gap year story to share with you in person. The things that come up when school becomes the world...

Oh man. Take care of yourself! You were so right to not go out on Sunday.
And I'm glad your brain isn't leaking anywhere.

And glad they were able to figure it out with CT so you didn't have to do an MRI!
