Haha thankyou :) pretty scared already but I've always wanted to give it a go!
Mmmm, I thought about it for all of 5 seconds... You're made of tougher stuff than me.
All I know from Jim Mann and carol M re. Prep is they do big weekends (up to 2x30 miles) off normal weekday mileage (ok, 60miles mon-Fri. ..) to get the body used to going again and again.
So many miles... I guess it's about being able to get up and run day after day despite tired legs.. oh dear :)
