Wish i could be a fly on the wall in the negotiations and logistics management. One suggestion - no one uses the car! Saves all the potential arguments.

Getting a lift to the station lets you sleep in for an extra 15 minutes. Unfortunately, with only one car I won't be able to come to any Newcastle events for a while.
