My body is not in the right practice at the moment to do time trials so it was a bit demoralising as it was slower than last time.
I actually am significantly fitter in long runs and terrain running than I was last year but my road running is really suffering due to my hamstring. It doesn’t hurt at all Orienteering due to softer/uneven ground.
Anyway I did it. It was shit. It might not get better until my hammy is 100% but at least I feel fitter so.. I’m going with that.
