Discussion: Day 2

Love your route choice on Day 2.

I was pleased with it. I set off heading for the bottom left corner leaving 2 10's in swallow valets as unlikely to get. I was happy to leave 41 as it's a tough climb. 37 seamed an obvious miss and I was always heading up to 87 that way but going up there I was not sure what to do next 32 was tempting at it would be a quick out and back but then the notion of just carrying on up came so getting the awkward 47 and then doing half of lightneing tree ones before the road south through Cinderford. There look to be a couple of big gaps between the controls going that way but it's all on roads and actually very quick. I was a bit worried for a while as I was going to be rather committed for the northern loop but when I was at 77 with an hour to go I was fairly sure I would be ok and there were some 10 pointers to get if I went well.
