Spike:
Maybe 3? I've been to Mount Sunflower (KS), Tom Sauk (MO) and Mt Greylock (MA).

When I was at Mt Sunflower a guy arrived who was getting his 40th.

I think I only have 1. Clingman's Dome in Tennessee, which I've been to twice, ironically.

I don't think I've been to Mount Sunflower, but I know I stopped at Castle Rock and Monument Rocks which are sort of close once.

In my Boy Scout days, we summitted Mt. Baldy, the 2nd highest in New Mexico. And I've been to Haleakala on Maui (3rd highest after the two on Hawaii). And a few fourteeners in Colorado, but other than Pikes Peak, I can't remember which ones. And I've been to the national parks named after two more (Mt. Rainier and Denali), but obviously not to the tops.

HI, CO, NC, NH, NY, VA, MO for me, though in none of those cases did I consider myself “peak bagging.” They just seemed like good hikes/runs/bike rides at the time.

So neither ebuckly nor pinksocks has any idea of how brutal it is to climb Mount Sunflower.

Perhaps I'll have to attempt Mt. Sunflower in the interests of humility.
