I guess I would have expected that pipetting would make one side stronger than the other? Maybe I don't fully understand how to pipette.

Circus sounded fun :)

Yeah...well...my grip strength on my right hand (pipetting hand) is like 10 pounds above the female average (while my left hand is average), so I'm guessing that's actually where all that pipetting work is helping :-).

It was just all the rest of the measurements where my right and left arms were basically identical (like within a pound of each other). The rest of lab work is pretty equal between the two arms (holding things, opening things, moving things around, etc.), and I guess doing something that requires a moderate amount of movement all day is better than nothing? Alternatively, I, like the average person, do basically no upper body exercise and my very average utter and complete lack of upper body strength is equal on both sides??

And, yes, circus was SUPER FUN!!!!
