hope it was just a mild strain. tried rolling it yet?

Yes - plus icing while sitting at work. I think it's mostly tendon issues, not muscle, so not sure how much those things accomplish. But it certainly can't hurt. So far, so good! Last time this type of thing happened, I was advised to work on hip/hamstring muscle strength and flexibility to help take the strain off the tendon area.
