I haven't been that close to that monument/lighthouse. With that fence, I guess no one is get closer.

We have a family story about an uncle who swam from Windsor to Belle Isle, a long, long time ago. Even back then, the authorities weren't impressed.

I need to double check my archives, I didn’t remember that much fence from the last time. So scenic there, love the view of the neighbors.
