There's a glute exercise I do that I call "fire hydrants", shown to me by a physical therapist, but I thought I made up the name. Wonder if it's the same exercise as you do. On hands and knees, with a Theraband around my legs, just above the knees, lift one leg until it's parallel to the ground, knee bent at 90 degrees (that is, like a dog taking a leak on a fire hydrant). Is that it?
