you have little experience of this kind of terrain so see this experience. you had some good splits though (but what about the long leg? a lot of stops? you lost a fair bit on taking trail but 5 min seems much).

I stopped to tighten my shoes after tripping and my ankles had been moving around leading up to that (1-1.5 minutes there). I had actually meant to go straight and then wandered off eventually hitting the trail, then I reoriented my map to 9 instead of 6 so I took the trail to that before realizing. So some stops in there you could say.
