Yes,this was the first time off-trail and also with a map since Spain in February. I´ve been walking on trails for 30 to 40 minutes before with no major issues, going off trail may have been affecting my knee a bit though.
It´s hard to tell if this is more the cause for my uncomfortable knee today than the four hour drive to/from my mother's birthday yesterday.
Results of the rehab are slowly showing now - more so the past two weeks than before. Still have to behave and be reasonably patient and let the healing take its' time.
I don´t expect to run until after summer (although no doctors or physios recommend running at all after this kind of surgery). I´ve actually found that walking an orienteering course is almost as fun as running so I´ll survive whatever is the outcome in the end...
