Discussion: Congrats.... Again!!

Congrats on another great race and finish. Remarkable that Goose can just show up and be so competitive at the top level.
And congrats to Bash on another win!!

Honestly, other than the paddle we didn’t think we were being competetive. I think our easy start let us pass teams as they blew up in the last section, which is a discussion we had pre-race. PS Goose is a beast.

Goose may be a beast but he's looking human - a tired human right now - currently curled up on the couch feeling like he has the flu, with a fuzzy blanket over him because he's got chills - in 30-degree heat. I think he might need a less active recovery period now. But he did have fun and it was a "sane" pace he said, which means you must have shown great restraint Bent! Well done.

Oh no, Goose seemed so good especially in the last bit of the race. Guess he is a *bit* mortal. I was proud of how sane we kept the pace.

Huh, we were actually 3rd overall. Not bad for Goose's day of active recovery. Hope he's feeling better.
