There's water opportunity on the Llarig Ghru - so I'd carry a camelback of isotonic drink and keep adding the Nuun or similar type tablets to your drinks thereafter. Cramp is the biggest issue on this race - so make sure your salts and all topped up pre-event and make sure you drink salts from start to finish - starting at the river crossing after Mar Lodge is too late. I enjoyed the changing terrain of the race - road, track, path then stones. And I actually didn't think much to the stones. But they do tire you (leaping side to side and running stiff) so this can lead to cramping later on the descent if you've not practised this kind of sideways leaping :-)
