crazy to see setting these PRs with very little hard running or workouts? why do you think you are crushing it so much!?!?
Really don't know. Been kind approaching it like I did when I did Leadman where most my intense work comes during Crossfit and everything else is easy to moderate. Still doing quite a bit of volume but mostly at an easy pace. Seems to work well for me for some reason. Also what is different is I am actually eating carbs the past four months instead of doing the low carb/high fat that I have done for the past 3-4 years. Actually hired someone to help me with my diet and we changed it up to a higher carb/lower fat. That might have a role in it as well.
