Please take this unsolicited advice from someone with chronic ankle instability - don’t run yet. Give your ankle a few more days to recover and strengthen before you subject it to the forces of running. The park-o means nothing to you. I’d have different advice if this were WOC.
Also, keep it stabilized enough while running/walking that you don’t re-twist it. That’s the worst thing, as the ligaments and tendons are still healing.
I tend to agree with Alex. Jon has taken years of ankle work to overcome running too early after a few sprains during cadet years. It was so bad when we first graduated, all he had to do was look at a rock and he'd roll an ankle.
And besides...sprint camp! :-)
