Discussion: Dan Conway

I was shocked as if I knew him because of seeing his name in Attackpoint. It is really something to touch so many people and have such an impact on the planet as someone like him.

I somehow missed your note that he had passed away on the 20th so I did not get the Dan Conway reference on the 30th (Pre's passing 1975...weird coincidence I guess).

Dan was older than i realized and far more accomplished with incredible times. Read news stories including one you are quoted numerous times. Really sorry for the loss of dan and for all his friends up there and around the world apparently.

My brother dirk was an incredible verbal stotyteller which his family and friends miss. Death is part of life but it does not ease the sense of loss at all.
