how do I upload or post a map?

Sam, do you remember me explaining how to use Quickroute? If you use a GPS watch, it's really helpful for me if you take a picture of your map and overlay the GPS track on it.

If not, simply taking a picture of your, uploading it to imgur, and then posting the link on yout AP would be enough.
