Ha ha yes I walk a 100 meters pretty much before starting the next one.
Well if I add up your six splits they total 10:03. You logged a 35 minute workout....where did the other 25 minutes go? I guess it was all resting between splits? Not quite half an hour of rests. But close.
But don't get me wrong. I ADMIRE your 400 repeats. I sure couldn't do it. Your afib must be improving.
Oops, I ran a mile warmup and a mile cool down, forgot to put that down.
From what I hear, Afib never improves except temporarily.
I'm keeping it under control by staying hydrated and eating heathy foods.
