what about going back to intermittent fasting? That seemed to work well for you. I am currently trying it.
Most days I do, 16hrs
I prob gained a bit of muscle to offset the fat loss, then maybe down 1-2lbs, so all good.
so you think 16hrs is good enough? I try to shoot for 15hrs. But not sure If I should try to shoot for a longer goal of 16hrs or so. I just kind of started it
I can go longer but then I wind up not getting the protein grams I need - so muscle disappears. Tricky to find the sweet spot!
After Art talked to me this weekend, I tried to fast.... I made it from a late breakfast until almost dinner. gnarly! You guys are nuts.
