Seriously? Half the point of my running training is so that I don’t have to worry about what I eat...

Yup, boringly I used to be around 76kg at Uni, was 72kg in 2014 after a marathon, my weight usually just drifts up and recently hitting 83kg thought I’d better get a grip. It’s annoyingly important for running speed. I seem to have to run 40+ miles a week to be able to eat what I want...
