I'm thinking of doing more walking and on the 3 days of 'running' take a long time to build up to longer 'runs' while I build up to them super slow.
For now run 5k's...just have to get started sometime before the summer is up.
Long term...finish a marathon even if well over 4 hours...by walking/jogging it. At least once perhaps build up to 45 miles on my 3 'run' days (with lots of walking) and about 25 miles on the 4 walk days. That would be 70 miles plus walking during golf. I would like to have 6 weeks of 70 miles and then just walk jog to finish a marathon...within 3 years...IF I can stay healthy.
