These make one always think about getting fit. Getting weight back to normal (5...6 kilos at the moment) and couple of months proper training and not making that mistake would improve time 10 mins. Better start place with fast packs to follow couple of more. So something like 1.25 would be entirely possible for H50 me even if it would need plenty of things to align right and good luck. But still. A friend of mine who is one year older than me ran 1:26:53 for Paimion rasti 3.
Anyway, if it is about choosing between functioning knees or being optimally fit, as it may well be, then it's not that difficult decision really. But overweight is't that good for knees either, that's something to think about.
