I expect that by the end of the trial you'll have the members of the jury doing chair yoga whenever there is an extended period of waiting. ;)
The thought has crossed my mind...a million times already! I almost shared an energizing breath exercise this afternoon b/c everyone was complaining about being so tired. But I held my tongue! :)
Susan (my first wife) was once subpoenaed as a *witness* in a murder trial. She happened to be on an airport shuttle at Logan when a guy got out of one car and shot someone in another car. Was pretty creepy being called to the stand and having to announce her full name and address in front of the thug and his friends.
I have federal jury duty in July so I'm hoping I can avoid this outcome. So far I've managed to never make it onto an actual trial. They like to summon me, though.
I would love to do some yoga and breath exercises at jury duty!
