100% agreed, but I also need to get a little running fitness back in the next week, and I know I can let my legs recover over easy running the next few days.
Not ideal, but trying to make it all work, potentially unsuccessfully, but we’ll see.
Or you could take the week of running stuff and prep mentally for the selection races.
Doesn't mean you can't get an aerobic stimulus on a bike... do a few strides Wednesday and hey presto
