Not sure if this is your exact problem, but if you're using Garmin express to sync and it's not playing ball, just delete the device and then add the device again (data isn't lost).

Cheers man I'll give it a go. It's syncing to my phone and is on the app but when I go on the desktop/website which AP syncs with they don't appear?
