You have barely dipped below 8 hours of running and 2 hours of strength training in any week since October last year. There aren't going to be many at WOC who have had a better prep than that.
I'm sure you're doing lots of armchair* navigation practice...
*except that you don't actually have time to sit down in an armchair! How long before WOC will you get to Europe?

Haha ah thanks guys, ok so maybe instead of crappy prep I meant "not perfect" prep....in that I've done no orienteering training. But maybe a break is good and I'll be raring to go when I get to Europe ;)
