I love that feeling of finishing a workout knowing it went well. Here's to many more!

It's funny - I feel best all day after the gym workouts. 20 minutes on a bike warm up, lots of weight machines and some stretching around. The A/C likely helps.

I also feel energized by the classes at SJU. I think the interval nature of it - hard effort followed by short rest and repeat - also helps.
