TBH I track everything I do on an app now, so redundancy seemed pointless (and no one knows what I do any more).
But I've been logging since 2007, it feels like a waste not to continue.

Understood. I've got 13.5 years of data and I'm always searching AP for stuff ranging from "What was my last time on the Hockley Loop?" to "When did we do that hiking trip in Canmore?" So I'm sticking around even if I do post on Strava occasionally!
