I wonder if I came into this a bit dehydrated, and that’s why I went through so much liquid early and ran out?
I felt like that today. I started drinking a good half hour earlier than usual and ran out of water early. I’ve been getting home from my first ride with about half a bottle left most days.
I felt great for most of the run, but what a difference once I was rationing sips. As a side note I guess it's good that I can take in almost 2L in 2.5 hours and still not need to take a leak, without messing up my stomach.
