Hey up mate, are you living in the Lakes now? Saw a Halden top at Buttermere and only realised after it must've been you. If you fancy any runs in the hills sometime then give me a shout

Will be here all summer through till the end of August at the earliest. Thanks for the offer, heel's currently a bit sore but when it's better I'll definitely give you a shout! Would be good to get to know some local runners. I am staying just south of Crook with my parents.

Come along on Tuesdays if you can, there's a good group of us who get out and there's always a pub trip afterwards
