That’s what I’m aiming for ;).
Gotta do something while I’m limited. Malcolm suggested 6 runs at 2 miles and then work up to 5 miles within a week after that.....just in case I had bone stress going on in the shin. We shall see if I can listen to that advice!
Good advice - but always hard to be so conservative about training. At least with the biking you are getting good aerobic conditioning
