I cant imagine a better area for training and to find motivation! Just remember to slow down your H21L adventure a bit; enjoy the technical areas, enjoy the views and enjoy the climbs. Have som extra easy sessions close to the sea, in övik or in the terrain. There are a lot of feel-good running availible in Skuleskogen National Park. Let me know If you go there, and I join you for a run.
