That's disappointing to hear! Does this stem from difficulties with permissions, some conflicting event, volunteer burnout, or what? Will it be returning next year? Sad to see it go, since I have enjoyed it in general, and the quality seems to keep going up every year!

I suspect that since dcady didn't say, he doesn't want to divulge the reason just yet... I hope it will come out eventually - I'm curious too. Hoping that Dave, his family and other organizers are healthy...

The event was cancelled because we felt we didn't have enough manpower available to us between now and the scheduled date to guarantee a quality event. The club will be discussing the future of the event in the coming months.
