actually it’s better than what it has been. I can sit without pain and run for 20mins but the physio has asked me to see if doing nothing for a few weeks will make it really good. I still have to do all my strength on it and a small amount of stretching.

I got a sonogram today and main problem is my glutes are weak so I have to build up strength there

From my experience of tendinopathy: one day you'll wake up and suddenly it won't hurt any more - but you can't know when that will be.
