...Montgomery County Parks was capable of such theoretically draconian action (I assume enforcement to make it stick is a bit lacking). Makes me wonder that as far as I know Rock Creek Park within the District has no such policy in the case of extreme waterlogging. Luckily, with no rain expected in the wee hours tonight, things should be superficially dry by the time I might go for a run tomorrow morning.

This puts our upcoming SSS this Saturday in Cabin John in jeopardy....
