to see you out and about. We have the opposite sailboat situation. Mine is a Victoria 18, used mostly as a daysailer and fishing boat. It is located fifteen minutes from my house, so access is great. Of course it's on the Delaware River, a big, muddy, tidal, blue-collar river that falls short in many respects as a place to sail.
Your Bermuda 40 is a great boat, located too far from you. Sell your house! My fondest recollections of you and orienteering are seeing you run in shorts and not care much about damage to your legs.

P.S. My son Hugh is into ultra trail running. He managed to finish the Eastern States 100, an almost impossible course.
