I'm impressed--the 24 hour rogaine just about killed me, I can't imagine going for 4 days.
On Wednesday B & I went to the Cape to visit her cousin, who happened to be renting a house a block from the canal. Saw a tug, texted Craig "Is that you?", he responded "That's not me but the other tug at the maritime academy is." Long story short, had a nice little visit with him and got a tug tour (B was wishing she put on her contra dance skirt *after* the tug tour).
So the relevance of all this is that Craig told me about the online tracking, which I had not noticed, so from then on I was obsessively tracking you for the next few days. I carefully went through all the maps they posted and tried to figure out the good routes. Are you going to have a chance to post more of the details of your awesome adventure? And next time I visit, you'll have to pull out the maps and show me in detail what you did. Or next time you visit Maine, please stop in NH on the way to or from.
I got a charge out of the "mail" page on the web site, from seeing the encouragement sent your way by Becca and Noah. Tell them I said hello. I have to visit Noah and Ellie more often so that they actually can remember who Great Uncle Steve is.
I plan to post something much more summative once I get my head wrapped around it all (it's amazing what the mind forgets when it has little/no sleep). The main maps are online (maybe you saw the link here on AP), and I have the supplemental maps at home. I'll be sure to bring them all next time I see you!
