Discussion: knee pain

I've had knee pain in a similar place, and my muscle people think it is a hamstring attachment. I have an isometric to do for it. Anyway, something to consider.

That is interesting. I had some trigger point therapy just after I read this and she said the same thing and worked on my hamstring. Hope it helps. Thanks for the tipp. Nice to know you read my log:-) Hope you are both well?
