:)
Of course my old standby for a source of pain, ache and disappointment...right knee is sore now. I do what I can and at least I have a 'fair' number of good days when the workouts seem 'worthy' of actually being considered a workout.
Still when I look over the past 4 weeks I've improved...it's been hot, humid and running on thick, wet grass slows me down...although in a way it doesn't because if it's easing a ache such as my knee or shin then I'm running faster on the grass than I would be the sidewalk and pavement...but when I do have those good days and I can run on pavement I can move right along...
Its hard to read people and statements...especially when your socially and mentally challenged and have the maturity of a 14 yr old but it seemed like you were angry about the track workout thing and not kidding so much.
Nah... I just have to give them crap. Wouldn't have gone anyway. They go to Hermantown, and I would have just gone to UMD 2 miles away.
