I don't think that's a good idea dude... good way to smash yourself and not make progress. even though they may be getting easier solid recovery between the sessions is key if you want to make gains.
ok, thanks. I was debating it. So looks like I will just stick to the 2 times per week. The only reason I was thinking of doing it was because I was going to go right into a recovery week. But I will just do two this week. Thanks!
