whoa - 2 weeks ago you were knackered, now you're going on 14 hours in 7 days. Throttle back or you'll overcook things again and crash and burn.
Think longer term... and take it steady. 10 weeks at 90% is better than 8 weeks at 100% and 2 weeks written off, ill, injured or over-reached.
This is my 90%, finally back to it :-) planned in a few big weeks before stepping back for WC.
