I was trying to decide between 2 and 3.
No, that's pizza talk. We're talking One Cowboy Relay here.
A good point. 5 slices of pizza would likely be too many for me, too.
So sayeth a man who was a Billygoat finisher a mere few months ago. At Blue Mountain.
True. With time to spare. Inscrutable.
It is too bad all the apparatus is not in place to allow sports betting here in state. I suspect many would take a look at your formidable record and your race hardening in the hills and mountains of Italy, and stake their wager on you in the One Cowboy Relay. Your laurel wrangling skills are also renown, and a man who can wrangle laurel can wrangle sage.
Perhaps I should get some laurel practice in. I have been laying off it for the summer, as it has a symbiotic relationship with the deerflies. It gives them a place to lurk to spring out and hit the unwary on the back of the neck, while they protect the laurel from anyone who might try to wrangle it. It is approaching the time when the laurel is vulnerable again.
If there was a pizza slice awaiting after each leg was completed I might do 5. Otherwise it will be one leg for me.
The first four legs are all 1.4 kms or less. You will be done in a few minutes, it will be an easy day for you, and, tyvärr, that's not going to earn you any pizza. We have our standards, after all.
Pizza or not I am excited about returning to Laramie after 10 years.
