Gonna have to buy new T-shirts!
Haaa!!! My body weight has only increased a couple of pounds so very pleased with that. Trying to get as strong as I can at a body weight under 170lbs. Thinking I want to try and get to a 225lbs bench by the end of the year, we will see.
I got 225 twice this year, my first time ever, but am heavier (biking over running has had me carrying more weight in general) at about 172-176ish. Will be interesting to see what happens as I transition back to running over the next few months.
