Why? Wouldn't some variety be more interesting?
I like this workout still. There's some "precision" to it and includes some 6' of 5 effort.
Certainly a track w/o can consist of imaginative variety, I'm just slow to change.
Yet it is time to branch out. I haven't "run" any of my old routes. Still coming around, mostly psychologically at least, from the valve and leg surgeries. I did find I moved OK at the Ahern meet in June. A mile 'TT' would offer insight.
