That is awesomely fast... at least from my point of view. It looks like you did 6:13 minute miles on the trial. I did 6:27 on my own across all the trails (13+ miles) a couple weeks ago, but the conditions were nearly perfect and I was trying to go fast. Maybe under "race" conditions I dig out another 14 seconds per mile???

Conditions were perfect for this effort....tacky and fast...Not bad for a 60 year old "hack" but obviously real/younger mt bike racers go a lot faster...the top time was 46 minutes........I bet you could drop those seconds...I did the loop about 3 minutes faster because I was on the clock...same thing happen a few years ago....

I will say it felt like I was flying and I biffed once on an easy section because I was ragged for a second and slapped my handlebar on a tree (brushed a few others).....

just checked your effort.....my HRA was 162...yours was 136 HRA.....on the right bike you can go faster I would assume......
