You could argue that the crosses were next to the road, not on it. There was no real reason why Gunjin Rd (or at least that section of it) was marked OOB other than for setting convenience. I'm sure there was at least one other person (other than Graham Smith, who DQed himself) who went the wrong way on one way single track so we could have DQs aplenty if we were to get all technical.
It turns out that Rob West rode the same bit of Gunapin Rd.

No complaints to the organiser from either party so she is letting it stand :-)
Some road that starts with Gun is good enough for me, must have been thinking about the Foot-O next weekend.
